finding the good when you’re living with grief
a book. a space. a community.
this is not the grief Olympics
grief is not a contest. the good grief is a safe space for people who are living with grief, and those who love someone living with grief and wonder what they can do to support them. there is no ‘winner’ when it comes to grief. there is no scoreboard, no medals. just a safe space for pain to sit. no matter how messy.
i don’t believe grief is a stage. it is real and raw and honest. the good grief is about finding the good amongst the pain and mess.
